Shiny Palkia Hacked?

Hey!
I traded someone on GTS a Pokemon for this Shiny Palkia, but I'm still trying to see if it is hacked. It looks pretty legit. Can you help me tell if it's hacked or not? The stats are below:

Nature: Jolly
Spear Pillar
Apparently met at Lv. 47.
HP: 318/318
275/225/300/274/271
Moves:
Surf
Slash
Aqua Tail
Aura Sphere

What level? Then I could tell you.
If it's Lv 47, or around that level, it is hacked. If it is much higher, then it is probably not.
If it works on Pokemon Battle Revolution, it is probably fine elsewhere,
and isn't considered a hack by Nintendo (even if it really is)
