I have 12 of all 3 starters...

Currently I'm trying to get a clefairy from team rocket, the odds are the same, and it's a relatively fast process, I can buy 5 clefairy's in a minute, check them, restart, and start buying the next set in the same minute. Easiest way for a shiney I beleive...As long as you can afford to buy one set of 5 of the type of pokemon you're looking for.
