Should I even bother with dragon's rage

    I have a dratini, and I know dragon's rage is not to good, should I even bother, my moveset now is

    Surf
    Twister
    Thunder wave
    headbutt


    ???? anyone

    and If something is wrong with my sig, like it is too big please say so, I am not too sure
     
    dragon rage is just useless... don't bother learning it. Always plan your moveset in advance, assuming how things will look like with max EV trained and lvl 100, and all those stuff, then slowly work for that moveset.
