Should I start over?

I was playing Explorers of the Sky a while back and was totally digging it, but one day my save just like, disappeared. I think I had just saved a bunch of Phiones from Gyarados (post-game mission), but there was still a lot for me to do. I want to play PMD again, but I don't know if I should wait for a new one to POSSIBLY come out or start EOS again. Also, if I do, do you think I'll lose my save again?

If your EOS already lost the save file, I see no harm in starting over. And as if the wait for BW wasn't long enough, waiting on a new PMD will be an even longer wait, possibly next summer. But this decision is really up to you, I'm afraid. It doesn't need its own thread.
