    The older Medicham had only 10 IVs in attack and 22 speed, this new Jolly Mediatte has:
    4 IVs HP
    29 Atk
    30 Def
    24 SpA
    14 SpD
    28 Spe
    It seems that it's not for sure, it will only be sure in a lever much higher than 10, but should I use it even thought it has such a low HP stat? 29 IVs attack is much better than 10.
