Shuckle a Serious Pokemon or Joke?

Seismic Toss from Blissey and boosted Stone Edge / Waterfall is Shuckle's greatest fear. Only use him in a Sandstorm team where his special defence sky rockets and it can pretty much take any hit and knock off the foe's item. Encore that annoying Garchomp using Swords Dance. Shuckle is mainly for scouting and causing switches. It doesn't need to do more, and please, forget about Power Trick / Trick Room, it doesn't have the time to use this effectively.
