    Why were Shum and Cart only in #153 VS Ho-Oh ?

    Also isn`t it odd how they`re mask peices combine to make the full Mask of the Mask Of Ice?
     
    The badges have a power to control minds when amplified...
    as for the mysterious masked man... he's just into that...
     
    Do Shum & Cart`s mask`s have anything to do with the Mask Of Ice man?
     
    ya sort of it is said in some part of the comic that the mask is made of the metals used to make the badges
     
    The Badges that like are used in Hoenn,Kanto and Johto and TOI?
