Sidequests ideas ?

    Hello,

    I plan on making a game and i'm still writing the story. I'd like the future game to have lots of sidequests but i'm not the best at imagination. Do you know some games with good sidequests that could be useful to me ?
     
    I remember Pokemon ranger guardian signs having a gameplay in which we can go to the past region,and play the quests and missions there.It would be nice to see a game in which we can go to the past in do things in that 'past' region.(I am actually thinking of implementing it if i am successful)
