Scizz, Sorry... I'm ignorant.. but what is Pal-Park?
And would the US versions of Emerald, FireRed/LeafGreen be capable of trading with Diamond/Pearl???

There is no way to trade with the GBA versions, you can only transfer your Pokémon from the GBA games to D/P, but not vice versa.
And that's what Pal-Park does, you can transfer 6 Pokémon a day from your GBA games to D/P and you'll be able to catch them in Pal Park.

Pal park is Language locked but not region locked, so a UK/US GBA game can transfer to a US/UK DS game.
I have the EU version of Emerald and I think all the other Pokemon DS games by us(Europe) will come out in EU versions so you can pick your language. But I'm not 100%. If I can't trade from my German Emerald then I'll transfer all my Pokemon to my US Ruby. :D

When you transfer a Pokemon from, say, Emerald to the Pal Park... does it disappear from your Emerald game? And do the Pokes transferred keep the same IVs? I have a Metang with perfect HP and Attack IVs, and I'd like to keep it that way, even IF it appears at level 5 in the Pal Park.
And while I doubt that it would disappear from your GBA cart, if it didn't that would mean you could have unlimited Deoxys that are exactly the same, for example; kind of like a makeshift cloning method. Anyone know for sure?

And the Pokémon are the same like on your GBA game when you catch on D/P, so the IVs would be the same.
