I believe that Pidgeot should make a cameo somewhere. It was pretty much forgotten to be honest. Butterfree has a good reason, Primeape is training, Charizard has the exact same reason as Butterfree. If I'm correct, Pidgeot was sent to protect the Pidgey/Pidgeotto in a forest. Wouldn't you think that after 7-8 years the Pidgey/Pidgeotto would learn how to protect themselves?
