Sinji's Entrance - HELP!!!!

Hello there!
I'm Sinji, a Major pokemon Fan and a very noob hacker (in fact, you might say i'm not a hacker at all because I have now idea how the stuff works -_-"). Anyways for any of you true-blue hackers out there, I have a majorly SWEET idea for a pokemon hack, but i need help with these frustrating hacking programs.
If anyone could help I would be very thankful...
