When I try to access the site at home, it won't load. When I did it at a friends house it loaded fine. Any advice?

I don't think that was the case, unless I had extremely bad luck. Because it happened a few times. Anyways, I can get on from home for now.. So... yeah.

likely you either had bad timing / luck or you are on a dynamic IP and the one you tried from was banned for whatever reason.
If it happens again, email the webmaster with the time, URL and your IP address when you tried to access PC.

Try continually reloading it untill it works, either that or get a better internet signal.
That's actually pretty much the opposite if what you wanna do. :/
Letting the site rest is good.
Just sayin'.
