[Gen 9] Sivs’s Scarlet Adventures

A couple of notes before I begin: I nickname ALL of my Pokémon. Also, I have a final team planned out, but it'll take a while to complete.

<Session 1>

I created my character for this journey. He is based off of Sivs, who is one of my OCs from a different fandom.

I forgot how much I hated the few moments where I was forced to walk instead of run! I trudged down the stairs, then up the stairs, then down again… Ugh. Luckily, a while after I got outside, I was given the option to run. I used this opportunity to get into the winter uniform and remove my hat so I didn't look so stupid.

I soon reached Clavell (and my new friend Nemona) to get my first Pokémon. I reset only once before I got a female Sprigatito and named her Kanonno. I battled against Nemona's Quaxly and won, after which I gathered all of the items on the beach and around Nemona's house before moving on to catch the tutorial Lechonk, a male that I caught and named Lord Chonkus.

Spoiler:

I caught several Pokémon and then fell to my death to meet and feed Koraidon. After the cutscene where Koraidon transforms and entering the cavern, I followed it. I forgot I couldn't save my game while following it, which was kind of annoying. Koraidon defended me from Houndoom and I was reunited with Nemona, giving me a chance to save for now.

<Session 2>

I continued down the path to the lighthouse and met Arven, who was angry and talking about bad memories. It seems that Nemona knows him…

Arven and I got into battle. Kanonno beat his Skwovet with two uses of Bite. The first one was a critical hit and caused the Skwovet to flinch, so Kanonno emerged unhurt. Arven gave me Koraidon's Poké Ball.

Nemona and I climbed the lighthouse, which had a nice view of Naranja Acadrmy. Afterwards, I climbed down so I could catch more Pokémon, including Azurill, who will be a permanent part of my team. I battled a few kids, who were understandably upset when they lost.

Before I could get to the Pokémon Center, my mom came over to celebrate her birthday. I saved and quit for now, but I'll add Session 2.5 on this post once I continue later today.

Sorry for the wait! My mom's birthday party lasted longer than I thought and I needed sleep afterwards. But now, get ready for…

<Session 3>

I started by the beach where I unexpectedly saved last time and caught a Magikarp. I continued to explore, catching other Pokémon and gathering additional items before going to the Los Platos Pokémon Center because a Flamigo unexpectedly broke out of a Poké Ball and defeated Kanonno with a critical hit Peck.

At the Pokémon Center, I was greeted by Nemona, who introduced me to the nurse and the store clerk. I also learned about the machine used to make TMs, and Nemona gave me League Points and materials. After the tutorial, I was able to heal my Pokémon and buy Potions and Poké Balls. I then went to look around the tiny town of Los Platos before making my way down the path to Mesagoza (and Naranja Academy). On my way, I was in battle and the game glitched and wouldn't allow me to select a move. I pressed "Run" thinking it'd un-glitch my game, but I actually accidentally ran from A TRAINER BATTLE and forfeited 88 Poké Dollars. It acted as if I'd been completely defeated and sent me back to the Pokémon Center. Needless to say, I was annoyed.

I went down the path again, eventually arriving at a Pokémon Center near the gate to Mesagoza. Since I had defeated all of the trainers at this time, the League Representative gave me Thunder Wave. I healed up and headed for the gate, where Nemona challenged me with her Quaxly and her Terastalized Pawmi. When I won, the Scatterbug in my party, Scramble, evolved into Spewpa, and Nemona gave me some Revives. I went through the gate and arrived in Mesagoza. After another conversation with Nemona, I saved my game for the time being.
