After that Agility, Skarmory WILL survive the Thunderpunch and Roar in Metagross's face :\
 
Don't use it w/ agility then...either that, or pump SAtk EVs ibnto it. It has a 317 max, nothing too shabby. Rest in Spd and Atk, and you have a decent skarmbliss killer. I don't recommend it, but it CAN work.
 
Well most people use skarmbliss because Blissey is the best special wall there is, besides snorlax and probably a few others, and skarmory well I use him cause he is cool and laying traps has gotta be one of my favorite tactics along with the trapping abilities of dugtrio and magnezone >_<
 
Even if it IS a SkarmBliss counter, I don't think it should be purposely used as one
