Can i have the EV spread for skarm to kill magneon with hp ground

Near-max attack and 200 or so speed should do the trick. Put the rest in HP.

Dude, Skarm killing Maggy? No offense but that's not going to happen. Most Maggies run something like 200+ Speed EVs as well as Timid nature and for Skarm to serve its primary function (Walling) it can't afford that much Speed, or enough Attack EVs for that matter. Just give your Skarm Substitute instead, that way you can phaze out maggy and retreat your Skarm. Killing Maggy is what Dugtrio and HP [Fire] Maggy are for, you silly person. :3

You need Choice Band, an Adamant Nature, and prediction to kill Magneton with HP Ground.

no you just have to predict that maggy comes out exactly when you want it to in order to kill it.

You need prediction, and enough Attack.

The EV's for Skarmory that I use are

EVs: 196 HP / 16 Atk / 192 Def / 104 Spd
Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

That amount of attack EVs, even with Choice Band usually doesn't KO maggie at full health, if I recall my damage calcs correctly, nor does that amount of speed allow it to outrun maggie after predicting it.
