6th Gen Skrelp not listed in GTN?

    I couldn't find an answer to this dilemma anywhere on the internet so I thought I'd come here and see if anyone can answer my question. I have pokemon X and I want to trade for a Skrelp. I went to search to see if anyone had one and Skrelp was not listed under the S catagory. Well I just figured that must mean no one is currently offering a Skrelp for trade right now, so I went to deposit a pokemon of my own, asking for a Skrelp. However when I went to select what pokemon I want in exchange for the trade, Skrelp was still not listed - now in this situation it doesn't make any sense because I should be able to ask for whatever pokemon I want, right? So what is the deal here and how do I get my hands on a Skrelp?

    You haven't seen Skrelp, but don't worry, at the bottom of the GTS letter selector is an option that says "What Pokemon?" You select that option and type in Skrelp. Then you should see Skrelps.
     
    When you go search for your skrelp next time, scroll to the bottom of ghe list to "what pokemon?" Then type in skrelp. This should help. When are going to GTS it will only list pokemon that you've seen in each category.
     
    Did you spell the name on there name serch? or did you just go under the 'S' pokemon list?
    The letter list will only show the pokemon you'v seen so far. If your looking for one you havnt seen youll have to type the name to search it.
    They should be on there i traded for 1 a few days ago for my X. If you need i can breed one for you if you want and trade it to you.
