4th Gen So Red is "Easy"

I just cannot beat him. My Ferligatr, named "Sploosh", is level 82, I bring tons of revives and stuff, and I can only get up to the last 2 Pokemon.

Moveset:

Ice Fang: 24pp Hydro pump: 6pp


Aqua tail: 10pp Crunch:15pp


All the time before battle, I put on the berry that decreases the power of electricity.

So I have 2 questions:

Any idea for good strategies?
and
Where is the BEST place to level up?

Are you only using one poke? If so, the battle will be hard.

As for leveling up try the elite four or trainer rematches.

Best thing to do is have at least 6 Pokémon with you that are strong enough to handle Red. Best places to train are the Elite Four, Trainer Rematches, and inside Mt. Silver. Also, you may have to substitute some moves for the needed HM abilities just so you can keep your strong team together and not have to replace any with an HM Slace. >_> Anyway, just train some more, bring up some full restores, revives, full heals, etc. Have a full team and keep trying. He is tough, but all you need is luck and everything mentioned above.
