[SOLVED] [pokeemerald] Map warp destinations don't line up properly when I add a new indoor map to Littleroot

Edit 2: This seems to be either inherent to the 1.0.0 version of pokeemerald-expansion, or is a direct result of my cheap computer setup. Either way, I bit the bullet and upgraded my setup so now I can compile a more recent version. No more assistance needed!

I'm working with pokeemerald-expansion 1.0.0. So far, I've implemented ghoulslash's overworld_expansion and added several object events in order to make 3 new playable characters. I've also added trainer front sprites for these 3 characters. I implemented ExpoSeed's dynamic_ow_pals feature. The "gender" part of the Saveblock can now be 0, 1, or 2 instead of just 0(MALE) or 1(FEMALE). I also tweaked the Birch intro speech a bit. And I added a third moving truck to the Littleroot map. Those are all of the changes I've made so far. All of the map warps work as normal after my changes.

However, when I add a new indoor map to the gMapGroup_IndoorLittleroot map section, the warp destinations in Littleroot and the indoor Littleroot maps get all jumbled and don't match up properly. For example, when I exit May's house I end up coming out of Brendan's front door. And when I enter either house it spawns me in the correct indoor map, but I warp to the wrong tile in the doorway. The warp ids still match up in Porymap, though.

I've never seen this happen before. Does anyone have an idea as to what is going on here?

Edit 1: Upon further testing, this problem happens even when my only alteration to the pokeemerald-expansion is the increase in the dimentions of the Littlroot Town map. Adding new maps in addition to this only exacerbates the issue.
