Hi there Rukari0! :) It's good to see some more people using oekaki (one of my fave programs!) :D Let's see here...
Your lineart seems to be fairly steady, which is good! ^_^ Your shading is in the right places, but it seems a little messy - a good thing to do is work with a small brush and make sure the shading goes right up to the lines. ^_^ For the background (backgrounds are very hard to do!) maybe you could try drawing something like a night sky? :) That'd help you both to practise gradients, and would give you a cool backdrop for your pictures.
