some help on what cards to play & what not to

so i have the anchent mew in my spy. deck (aka third eye deck) is that aloud in tcg

The Ancient Mew card is banned from competetive play (since it has an alternate back--only cards with the standard English card-backs, plus the two Japanese card-backs, are allowed), but in casual play like League, it shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure your opponent knows and is okay with you using it.
