    I usually use mine as an annoyer with minor tanking to special... but that's just my personal preference.

    Err... I dunno... I'm quite certain that you can take off haze and then transfer this moveset to Quaggy and it'll be even better...

    I hate it how every mon gets AA even if you're slow as ****, and Gyarados can't ._.
     
    Nope, no Aerial Ace for Gyarados, only HP Flying...

    I like this MS for Butterfree:

    Butterfree@Salac Berry
    EVs in HP and Speed
    Sleep Powder
    Whirlwind
    Dream Eater
    HP Fire

    Sleep Powder has 100% Accurancy, so start with a Sleep Powder, then Whirlwind it away or Attack it with Dream Eater or HP Fire. Of course, any Special HP whould do but HP Fire hits Steel-Types hard.

    Hey I'm just curious, why did you give Quick Claw to Dugtrio? I though that his Speed was over the 300s...

    Bah, I'm still having fun with my Wobba-Blastoise...

    As for Ninetails...I don't use him, so I can't help you...
     
    No Pokemon sucks if you know how to use them right. At least of most of the fully evolved forms anyway (gotta Baton Pass some boosts to make some of them worth the effort)

    Why does Gyarados get stiffed in the moves anyway, as least for getting any STAB moves? With Flying, the only move he gets is HP Flying, and with Water, his Sp Attack is too low to be an effective Special Sweeper. Mind you, he's fairly OU as it is, especially now with Dragon Dance in his move list, makes him a rock hard physical sweeper, although I would prefer to get a STAB move or two without having to resort to drastic measures like HP or Baton Passing some Calm Mind or something.
     
    Mind you, try playing against a Gyarados before you start complaining. One dragon dance using just double edge and it's almost OHKO on anything without resistance/stat boost in defense. Do we need Gyarados to be even more common than Aerodactyl and Skarmory put together? Right now Gyarados is stuck on having ground/flying/normal attacks only, giving you a chance to beat it... after one dragon dance, it is faster than plenty of Pokemon, and it CAN SURVIVE THUNDERBOLT from plenty of stuff that doesn't have sp.atk over 100 base or STAB.

    If all evolved Pokemon are usable, no such thing as UU and NU will exist. Sadly that is the truth. There is no way a luvdisc can be stronger than Milotic?
     
    I like Gyarados. It's just not fair that Slaking, a pokemon that stupid and Truanty gets Aerial Ace and Gyarados doesn't :(
