I wanna share some IPS patch for FireRed, it might compatible with near all 1636 ROM based hack.
The first one is data decryption, it decrypts Pokemon, bag, and money data on WRAM.
All CFRU based hack already did decryption. Gaia, Sors, Fire Gold are did too.

Shorter battle text delay, two versions available.
V1: Modified delay length table, but…
If you apply it to existing hack, some text may not reduce delay because they are new, non-vanilla location.
V2: Modified ADD value (speed up), should compatible with many hack even new text and delay length.

In bag, if you holding up or down to move, it won't print item description for faster speed, similar to CFRU one but this is low-end one because it couldn't count more than 255 items per category, though vanilla and almost all binary hacks' bag storage are less than this.

Use item like Potion won't back to bag automaticly, like what BW does. Taken from Pokemon Clover, and it has two issues:
Minor issue: use HP Up won't see HP update immediately, just awkward though.
Major issue: use Rare Candy or TM/HM will cause weird situation when into and back from move learning screen, it will turn to normal party menu state Fixed, now it won't turn state, however no luck on item use animation, so the patch also skip FireRed's item use animation.
CFRU based hack don't need this patch.

This patch for some hack that made background static but character still moving, it makes me feeling so awkward, so I made this patch to speed up character moving.

Bypass FireRed's item use animation, just use item directly like RSE. If you don't like BW item usage but wanna skip item use animation, use this patch.
May not bypass some hack's new item animation such as Ability Pill, I've seen it in Pokemon Shiny Gold Sigma. CFRU based hack don't need this patch.

Change EXP increase sound to Emerald style. What difference between them?
FireRed uses PCM to play it, sounds a bit blurry.
Emerald uses Square Wave to play it, sounds more clean.

Learning new move, the cursor now stay on new move instead the first, to prevent wrongly overlap existing move by mashing A button. Taken from Pokemon Unbound.
