Alright. I've already got my team set up, and I'm not changing any members.

So the first one is Dragonite. This moveset I know for sure.
    Extremespeed
    Outrage
    Fly
Now for the last move I can't decide between Dragon Dance and Thunderpunch (my team can't hit water types super effectively at all.)

    The next one is Umbreon
    Iron Tail
    Shadow Ball
    Payback
I was thinking about Curse for the last move, expecially considering I have payback on it. But I was also Considering either Confuse Ray or Toxic.

Thanks in advance for the advice

Here's what I'd do for Dragonite:

    Dragonite:
    -Dragon Dance
    -Dragon Claw/Outrage
    -Earthquake
    -Roost/Fire Punch

Stat boosters like Dragon Dance can me more helpful than you think. With a stat boost or 3, you can get more OHKOs when you need them. Dragon Claw or Outrage for your STAB move. Choose Outrage for more power, or Dragon Claw if you don't want to risk the status. Earthquake is an awesome power move, and either Roost to heal damage, or Fire Punch to hit Ice and Steel types you may run into.

As far as Umbreon, I'd do the following:
    -Moonlight
    -Return
    -Faint Attack/Curse
    -Toxic/Confuse Ray/Payback

Umbreon is much more of a defensive poke, but it this is probably going to be decent enough in-game. Moonlight to heal damage, Return for a power move (Return is stronger than Strength at max Happiness), and Faint Attack for STAB. Toxic or Confuse Ray for your last slot. Of course, you could go with Curse+Payback as your last two moves.

As far as Water types, Dragon Claw, Outrage, or Earthquake should take care of most of them. You don't need to hit them super-effectively, as the only type that is resistant to Dragon is Steel. A DD-boosted Dragon Claw/Outrage should do the trick. Dragonite resists Water anyway.

The thing is here, this is an in-game team, which makes getting hold of those TM's and move tutor moves actually hard. Especially if you've used them, So I would just stick to the movesets you have now, and give them the moves I said.

    These are more competitive movesets.

Yeah I agree with Dragon Omega. I know about the benefits of all of the movesets provided, and I might still teach Energy ball to my Jynx for those Defensive Water/Ground types. Besides, I already have the Red gyarados with Dragon Dance on it, so I suppose I don't need another DD sweeper. Plus, I was planning on teaching Earthquake to Gyarados, so that ends the Competetive moveset.
