Blind: Attacks are more likely to miss (unlike attraction) til the pokemon regains sight.
Fractured: Contact moves are less likely to happen out of fear of breaking bones.
Harsh Burn: Burn damage increases the longer the battle drags on.
Obliviate: Can't attract or be attracted.
Bleed: Bleedout level decreases every 5 turns but HP loss is Bleedout level*LastHPlost.
