hello everyone, my team is

100 lapras
100 salamence
100 dragonite
100 tyranitar
100 gengar
100 exxegutor

it lacks punch, and i need to know what to do to help it, i can get any pokemon, i hate using any legandaries. they are cheap. so please help.

Right now, I can tell you're going to have problems if someone comes in with Ice Beam, considering one of your Pokemon is 2x weak to Ice, while two are 4x weak to it. I would take out either Dragonite or Salamence (because they really do function essentially the same way, and Salamence does it better with Intimidate and generally better stats) and replace it with something else. (I really can't help you decide what to replace it with, considering I don't know what moves your Pokemon have and therefore don't know how your Pokemon function or what types they can cover. I can assume by their standard sets, but you really could've given them anything.

Also, personally, I think there's better Psychic-types out there than Exeggutor. There's better Grass-types, too, but still. I'd say maybe, if you're going for a standard set with Leech Seed, you could maybe consider replacing it with an Alakazam or Espeon with Calm Mind. Espeon's a bit easier to get, and it has the benefit of learning Baton Pass, which means if you're in a jam with Espeon, BP those Calm Minds to Salamence (if Salamence has a special set), Gengar (same), or Lapras to make full use of it.

Also, Espeon and Alakazam's stats > Exeggutor's. Particularly in the departments of Speed and S Attack.

You need some Pokemon that won't faint the minute they see an Ice Beam. Right now, that single attack could cripple your team. Throw something in besides Lapras that can stop a potentially dangerous attack and use it to your advantage. Replace Dragonite with Metagross, Exegutor with Espeon or Gardevoir (since Gardevoir can learn thunderbolt), and Gengar with a better ghost, perhaps Dusclops. Your team won't be so susceptible to Ice Beam anymore, and should hold its own against multi-type teams.

I think you need more STAB moves and less fire/ice/electric attacks. They pwn the E4 in FR/LG, but if you want to battle competetively, then you need more diverse movesets.

STAB is when a pokemon of a certain type uses a move of that same type, so it would do more damage. Like if Blastoise, a water pokemon, uses surf, it would do more damage since its a water pokemon. I usually keep at least 2 STAB moves for each of my pokemon,(ex:blastoise knowing surf and hydro cannon) and for the duel types, 1 move of each of their types. (ex:Xatu knowing psychic and aerial ace) And you could also try giving your pokemon attack enhancing items, like dragon scale and nevermeltice.
