Something I find strange.

This member was banned, but only has 10 posts and none of them were inappropriate in any way that would get him banned. Was he a member that was previously banned and rejoined, or was he banned for another reason?

1. Very offensive post are most likely going to be deleted or moved where normal members can't see them.

2. I actually believe he's an evader and has already been banned before.
By looking at his introduction thread it seems like he's Jack O'Neill.

No asking about banned members.
To protect the member's (or any banned member's) own privacy, the details of their banning are not made public. The details of the banning are between the banned user and the staff.

You're not supposed to ask about banned members. It is between the staff and the member, and if you want details you'll have to ask the banned member.
