    Can lugia talk or cant it? What about lucario? And jirachi? He cant chat any more.

    Im also anxiose to see what happens when they reveal Arceus to unaware fans. And they think darkrais unbeatable!
     
    The Lugia, Lucario and Jirachi in the movies can't talk. However, they have the ability to speak through telepathy. The Lugia and Lucario in the anime series don't have that ability.
