Issue: sound clip BB Code NOT working

I cannot get the sound clip BB Code to work!!! the sound clip bar DOES NOT show!!! it doesn't matter where I post the clip, it DOES NOT show!!! my code is attached!! I know this website works with this code because I used it before (months ago)!!!

Just copy and paste my code. Everyone I'm talking to right now has got it to work, so if it's not working for you, it's probably an issue on your end.

Try viewing it in a different browser. Preferably firefox if possible. If it still doesn't work check and make sure that flash player is fully updated before trying them again.
