    when do you see the pokemon in the southern island in emerald
     
    Okay well first, you shouldn't have created your own thread, ask in simple questions. Secondly, you have to mix records with a Ruby/Sapphire game that has a legitimite Eon Ticket. Then it will say that the Eon Ticket has transferred to your Emerald game. It will be in your Key Items part of your bag. Go to Lilycove's port, and talk to the woman at the dock. She'll get the captain and he will decide to take you to Southern Island. The Lati@s that you never picked will be there.
     
    there are some pokemon on the island but dont expect too much.. :paranoid:
     
    No. All there is too expect is Latios or Latias, whichever one he didn't choose. There are no wild pok?mon. It's just a forest cave with a pedestal which you walk up to and Lati@s appears.
