3rd Gen Sp. ATK EV Good Training Spot in Fire Red

Where's a great Sp. Atk EV Training spot in Fire Red? I have different pokemon who are in desperate need of higher Sp. Atk.

The Pokemon Tower with all the Gastly and Haunters help raise Sp Atk.

Yes, but the pokemon that need training are all around Lv. 50. Training on those Gastly's and Haunter's would take a LOOOOONG time.

So? For each Gastly, no matter what level you are is 1 EV, Haunter is 2 EV's. Do you want a stronger team or not?

Low level is good, since you can easily OHKO them. It doesn't matter how many experience points you gain, you will always get the EVs. Also, WiFi sets all Pokemon's levels to 100 unless you're doing open level, so I'd care less about Experience Points. =/
