About it, I want to know the real diff. between those two. Cause at first I thought Hyperbeam is a Sp. Attack, but when the rival Tyranitar uses Taunt(which means that you can use Attacks only to the foe), all the attacks of my Dragonite(in the battle factory) proved useless except Hyperbeam, which I'm pretty confused. So I ended up KO.

So there are Attacks that are not physically induced? So what's the diff?

    Please somebody answer...

It depends what Generation you are playing.

Generation III and earlier means that whether the move is a Sp. Atk or Atk depends on the typing. For example, Electric is Special Attack and Fighting is Attack. I don't know the full list so, if you search Google I'm sure you'll find it.

Generation IV is a little different however. It depends on the attack used. Beam attacks are special, whereas Punching/Kicking attacks are physical.

EDIT: Just as a note, Taunt means you can only use Attack moves in General, not just Physical Attack moves. You can't use moves that status or lower your opponent's stats.

Considering this was in the Battle Factory, I'm betting it was in Emerald, in which case Hyper Beam counts as physical.

Your edit covered the rest of what I was going to say.

Physical Attacks get boosted by the Attack stat.
Special Attacks get boosted by the Special Attack stat.
    It's a rather simple system.

Physical and Special attacks differed from Gen 3-4. Gen 3 had a few types that were fully special, and fully physical. Gen 4 split that, having EACH type have some physical moves, and some special moves.
