    Where does everyone go to EV train for special attack?
    I can't find wild pokemon that give special attack EVs above level 30.. Makes it very hard to train anything even only to level 50
     
    You didn't even tell us what game you're asking this for. Either way, it's getting locked. Ask in the simple Q&A thread that's located in the section that corresponds to the game you're referring to.
