[Custom Feature Question] Speeding up exp and hp animation in essentials v17

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I would like to know how to speedup the exp animation and hp animation in v17. I tried searching it up and all I can find are tutorials on older versions. So if anyone can tell me I would appreciate it.
