-Dark Pulse
-Calm Mind
-Silver Wind
-Water Pulse / Hypnosis / Shadow Ball / Will-O-Wisp / Shock Wave

This set is for a starter, which is the most useful for the metagame.

thats what my tomby has and it is a great annoyer

It needs 252 HP / 152 Def / 100 SDef for Defensive Spiritomb. Without HP Evs, Spiritomb can hardly stand hits.
