Actually, photobucket is just a website used to upload your images to their server so that you can show your own images without having to attach them.

Billybob: I use Adobe Photoshop Elements 3.0, but you can get cheaper programs such as Paint Shop Pro, or just use Microsoft's crappy Paint. There are several programs you can use though. Probably hundreds.
