Not bad, but I've seen you do so much better. The border looks a bit plain, but other than that it is ok as a banner. The brush effect does suit it's name and looks quite cool. :3

I like the rounded edges and the bacground is good, but the text doesn't seem to go with it well to me.

Hmmm as others have mentioned, font. Also... fire doesn't seem to have enough depth... looks like it's pretty much the same tone throughout.

Kind of plain, you should take a burning tool to the jaggies on the boarder. Round it off a bit. Also, the text doesn't look too good with everythign else.
