im trying to figure out how to swap a sprite out but i cant figure it out for the life of me im trying to change out Arceus for Silvally. can anyone give me a step by step guild? like whats the best emulator and rom to use for this as well.

Here's a tutorial. I personally use Gen IV Sprite Editor. Here's another tutorial from the same guy on how to use it. I have seen that the ROM that they use the most is that of a certain XenoPhobia, it's the one with the digits 3541. To test it, it's recommended to use DeSmuME but I think that melonDS or No$GBA could also work. You must look for them yourself. Good luck with your ROM. It's nice to see someone daring to romhack on DS.​

yeah i saw that one but i cant seem to figure out how to work it every time i try to use tinke on my rom it just errors is there a way i have to set up the files for something im really confused

It's either your version of Tinke or your ROM. You don't need to set up anything at first. Or maybe your PC is low-end?​
