sprites disappearing

Hello, this is my first time making a rom hack, the whole point of the game is your charachter to be a bidoof and not a human, the problem is that sometimes random sprites disappear like in the cutscene where you help prof. birch u don't see him or the suitcase, or when u start the game you don't see yourself untill you enter the second floor of your house.
Wont let me upload the rom but here are the sprites i used

Honestly, this is pretty difficult to answer without knowing what you did prior to the problem occurring.

Even then, which ROM? What did you use to make the sprites?. How have you tried to insert them? Did you save a backup?

Gotta be more specific bud.
