Ssbm2?!

    Someone told me that there is going to be a Super Smash Bros. Mellee 2.

    I just wanted to know if that is true or not.
     
    Sorry to say it but...I think I already made a thread about this along time ago. but if you're making these kind of threads,you're on the right track 'cause mine was an instant hot topic. :classic: :classic: :classic:
     
    for one, I hate using "Super Smash Bros. Melee 2" as a tentative name. I usually use "Super Smash Bros. 3" when talking aout the possible expansion on SSBM...

    I have heard a rumor that there will be another installment of the Nintendo all-star fighting game, but not likely on the GCN. you might have to wait for Nintendo's next console for SSB3 or the DS for a SSB DS. I imagine a SSB on the DS would be awesome, albeit not quite feature-filled as SSBM, it will be a small expansion on the original...pocket sized. XD

    there is going to be another game for sure, from what i've heard it's going to be much more realistic than the first two games
     
    Actually, I heard it was supposed to be Super Smash Bros: Onslaught. I also heard that it was going to feature almost twice the number of characters as Melee did.
     
    Twice the characters as Melee? That would mean about 50 charactes in total. I wonder who those 25 new characters will be (assuming that they keep the current 25 and build n them.) I'm pretty sure Pit from Kid Icarus and the DK relatives could possibly be in there. and maybe a couple more pok?mon and Kirby characters. Meta-knight and Dedede would be cool.

    Well,that's a good idea,but to me king dedede is pretty useless.

    That's a BS screen if I ever saw one...who made that?
     
    that is a really bogus character list. Many of those characters Nintendo doesn't even hold the rights to (i.e Sonic, Tails, Conkers, Batman, Megaman) and many of the others are gonna be incredibly hard to render into a SSB-esque game.
     
    During the summer at Camp Hyrule, one of the Nintendo employees mentioned a possible DS Smash Bros. Now, all we need to know is if we can trust that staff member or not.
