Close Combat is dangerous on a pokemon like this. Can do major damage to the steel types.

Well, the only reason I'd think that set would be effective is if there was Wish support in the thread starter's team.

As it was already mentioned, Double Team is banned, so don't use it. If you're using Penguin's set, I recommand you have a Pokémon in your team that can provide Wish support if you want to keep it alive for a longer period of time, so in this case forget Roost.

I settled on:

Close Combat
Brave Bird
Roost
Double Team

There's no point in u-turn with double team and if i'm gunna have brave bird I need roost. I also never used endeavor so I just dropped it..
