I really like the way your recolours are very pale and the fact you don't use other pokemons pallet (like me D:) I especially like the monochromic typhlosion, keep it up, refusions are easy, just use paint.

the recolors are great. i would consider going into fusions right away. the 1st thing i have EVER done was a fusion. ever...so just give that a shot. no worries, you dont need do show it to anybody. and you will get good eventually

Good color choice, now you have to try different pallettes, try some splicing or maybe some extreme recoloring. Practice makes perfect (but no one's perfect, so why practice?) :-)
