Now you are probably thinking, doesn't this already exist? Well yes, it kinda does Swampert tools has already made a program to do some of this. I also know that the disassembly's now exists too which makes the need for programs like this less and less. However applications like this really got me interested in programming so I thought id make one! With this tool, you can edit Pokémon Red, Blue, Yellow and Green and apply a AutoScroll patch to the text boxes making them scroll on their own rather than requiring user input.

    Pokémon Blue Loaded

The things that make it different from already existing tools:
    - You can set Pokémon's levels from 0-254
    - You can change the Pokémon to the "bugged" ones (like missingNo. or Pokémon trainers)
    - You can apply the AutoScroll patch, which makes the text boxes scroll on it's own
    - You can Open Pokémon Green (Pocket Monsters - Midori)
    - It's Open source, so you can see my spaghetti code!

You can find the release here
