3rd Gen Starting Leaf with Johto or RU/SA Pokemons!

    Well I want to start a new game in Leaf with Qwilfish, Remoraid, and Relicanth. I was wondering if its possible because I have a Fire file which has the national dex and those pokemon. I'm going to trade them to my new file in Leaf.

    Just wondering if it works or not because obviously you don't have the national dex in the beginning of a game.
     
    No it will not work sorry.You get the nation dex when you beat the Elite Four and caught 60 pokemon.

    What does it say if I try to trade those pokemon from my Fire to a new file of Leaf?
     
    Something like unable to trade.
     
    I haven't actually tried it so I wouldn't know. IMO, the best way to find out is to test it and see for yourself.
