2nd Gen stat exp/normal exp question

ok im unsure about one point in regards to how stat exp is distributed in G/S/C when your are using exp share and/or lucky egg (doubles exp gain from what i can gather...like a traded pokemon exp thingy)

also...does the stat exp increase when you use these items or if you are using a traded pokemon? how about a traded pokemon with the lucky egg? how much exp would he/she get for examply from a pokemon that gives 1,000 exp when u ko it? fropm what i can see it will be either 2,000 or 2,500 but im unsure on this.

also anyone know HOW to work out stat exp on a half trained pokemon or a pokemon thats not at level 100? a program would be prefered as i dont have the time to work it out myself but any help would be great.
