Stealth Rock/Spikes/Toxic Spikes Question

    When you use stealth rock and there are already spikes/toxic spikes on the battlefield, will it cancel out the effect of spikes/toxic spikes or will it add on to the attack?

    I've noticed that sunnyday and other moves like that can cancel out sandstorm, raindance, etc.
     
    No. It won't cancel. Try it & see.

    75% to pokemon with a 4x weakness to rock, aka charizard

    basically, add 25% damage to the percentage of stealth rock.
