Hey guys. Back again for another exciting segment of my life(yeah right). Well today I did a walk for a cure for diabetes. It is my third year doing it too. And it was very nice. A lot of people from where I work came and walked. It was pretty fun. It seems a lot more people joined in compare to the other years I did it. Because I think now everyone is aware that this disease is a killer. And it effects everyone even their family. If you leave it untreated it will cause some serious consequences. Even now that if you are extremely overweight, you can get the disease. Right now there isn't a cure for diabetes. That is why there is a walk because then we are raising money so we can find a cure.

For the three years I been doing it I was gladly to donate some money for a cure. I was borderline becoming a diabetic. It wasn't a great sight. But I am doing something about it. That is why I want to be healthy. So I won't be diabetic. And right now I am all clear. Unless maybe my mom or dad was diabetic. I really hope not. Oh well...

And right after I went to breakfast with my co-workers that I got along with a lot. It was great to talk to them about their lives and stuff. It was great!

Anyway, that is all I got to say. This what I am going to do for the rest of my life. I really hope they will find a cure for this disease someday.

I was in your position a few years back. I was extremely out of shape and I have a history of diabetes in my family. I somehow managed to remain safe from the disease even to now. I hope they find a cure in the next couple of years.

Wow, that is good. Yep you got to be healthy and stay in shape. I think my family didn't have diabetes. I need to ask them. I know now I don't have to worry about it. I lost the weight that I need to stay safe. But I want to keep on staying healthy. I hope they will find a cure too. I will keep on doing the walk til they find a cure! :)
