Have fun writing your own stories and letting other people enjoy them. Here is one I've created:

Deep in the countryside of Australia, a storm was brewing. It shunned out the light and threw the world into chaos and darkness. Most citizens in the area had fled to their homes or had ran away from the area completely. Only one man remained in the open and he was only there for one reason.  Amaroo walked slowly across the fields then tilted in his head and looked at the sky. He wasn't afraid of the storm or the snakes or the heat, his ancestors had walked this land with no fear in their hearts and he shouldn't either. Besides he had a job to do. He could not, MUST not stop now. Amaroo needed to find his friend who after leaving to explore the countryside, had disappeared suddenly. Amaroo leant down to examine some footprints in the soft soil. They were.... still fresh? Amaroo stood up again and looked far into the distance. All he could see for miles was fields, but on the far edge of the field was a small forest. Amaroo broke into a fast run across the field. If it started to rain he would lose the tracks and ultimately any chance of finding his friend.  Eventually he stopped and looked up again. The storm threatened to break lose and release it's rage across the land. Amaroo sighed, he had great pity for his friend Adoni. This was a harsh and unforgiving land and getting lost in it was not always survivable. Amaroo started walking again and thought to himself. Yes this land might be harsh but it was still his namesake, a beautiful place. Far of in the distance near the tress he saw a being shout for joy and run towards him. Amaroo stopped and grinned. Overhead the storm broke and an almighty downpour fell from the heavens themselves but Amaroo couldn't care less though for he had at long last found his friend. This country was always a challenge but it's rewards were amazing.
