Strange Screen

    This happens a lot the latest five minutes. When I've typed a reply and press "Send" it loads, it should show the post, but it showes some strange text with strange signs and everything, what is this?
     
    this is, once again, a PHP/apache overload, Steve's trying to fix it as we speak.
