ever had that thing were you are in the mood for playing pokemon one day then the next you arent? I am wondering because that happens to me sometimes. Like today i am really in the mood for Firered.

    Any way, Just wondering

Whenever Naminé just turn on her Pokemon Emerald and realizes that she is immensely behind in levels compare to what she had in mind, and how pathetically long it'll take to raise Pokemon to those levels, she will immediately turn off the game... Oh how she misses the superior VS Seeker from Leaf Green. Trainer hardly calls, and it would have been much more convenient for Naminé to "force" them to call with it. Training would be so much faster.

Same thing goes for me. I barely even played Emerald before two months after I got the game. I had been playing Firered so much I just couldn't concentrate on training the slow way you have to do in Emerald.
The Match Call system is pure evil ;-; You'll have to fly around the whole region and walk through countless grass patches and caves with Pokémon around level 24 just so you can train your Pokémon, oh how I hate it <.<

Actually, I don't find Match Call that bad. The trainer rebattles were as consistent as the old Trainer's Eyes, and since I usually use the trainers around Route 117 (typically, the ones right in front of the Day Care Centre), there are two trainers with 6 Pokemon, giving you roughly 6000 Exp per battle with them. And since at the highest levels you need around 30,000 for a level up, it's not too bad in comparison.

Besides, you get to rebattle the Gym Leaders, which not only are very cool double battles (yep, all of them this time, not just Tate and Liza), they also constantly add new Pokemon, like Flannery adding a Vulpix, Growlithe and Houndour to her Fire types.

All the time. Sometimes I'll start playing but get so bored I'll just have to save it and turn it off. Other times I'll play for hours. Right now I'm really in the mood to play silver, but since it's nighttime out here there's not much I can really catch. X_x

You guys are forgetting the reporter in Emerald that will move from Route 111, to Route 118, to Route 120, and then back to Route 111. It is a double battle with Exploud/Magneton (lower evolutions until you battle her enough times in-game) and you can battle her over and over by flying to the different routes. That is even better than the Vs. Seeker.
