Well, after 4/5 years I just realized you could get Latios on Alpha Saphire via event but I've missed it.
I read today on Bulbapedia that you can still get the Eon Ticket by using your StreetPass and receive it from someone who has it, but I'm confused how this works.
Do you need to pass by the person in real life or you can use the PSS on the PokéNav? If the PSS method works, is there a way to ask someone who has it?
